1 /5 Nick Knowlton: I have had great experiences with Randolph Brooks but they make you jump through hoops to get any services done remotely at all. I needed to make a payment on my car loan and the person I spoke with asked for my social, the last 8 digits of my debit card, and had me go through multi factor authentication, along with asking me for the answer to my security question. All of that was given to her gladly, I understand that they are working with sensitive information. I was put on hold and then basically told to go into a branch to make a car payment which makes absolutely no sense. Their are plenty of ways to facilitate payments online and over the phone securely.
