1 /5 Fleur De Lea: I have had a highly disappointing experience with this company. Claims are not paid in a timely manner, and in some cases, not at all. Furthermore, I have consistently encountered attempts to reduce payouts unfairly. The communication has been marked by intimidation tactics, and the owners have been unresponsive.
As of March 2025, I am still facing issues, with emails indicating claim dates starting in May 2024. Kevin Hall and Brooke Press have failed to address my concerns appropriately, with Kevin attempting to use intimidation during a recent phone call. Additionally, both Kevin and Brooke have sought to avoid paying my ALE. However, after a conversation with my contractor, Kevin acknowledged that the company had made errors in handling my claim. I have yet to hear from him or Brooke.
I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as they will attempt to intimidate you and mishandle your claim. It is clear they did not properly familiarize themselves with the details of my case before making accusatory statements.
