Tamara Autenreith-D. This company deserves a zero rating , rude and doesnt answer there calls or messages . Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now Im reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesnt want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldnt help me ( its been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.

LT Garrett Keith is super responsive. I cant think of a time I have called him and didnt answer or didnt call back right away. Plus, he has multiple carriers to choose from so I am always comfortable I am getting a competitive quote as he can price all of them. Finally, he has been super honest with me. I needed coverage for a high risk piece of heavy industrial equipment for my business. He could not find coverage for me at a competitive rate and was straight forward with me.
