1 /5 Carolyn Smith: My brother and I went to school with David Mullenax, which is why my mom went to him for insurance. My Mom passed away 2015, even though he was never in the office during the times we went to meet with him, we had no problem with insurance claims. My brother passed January 2017 and he refused to process the claim, was never in the office to sign documents that we needed for the funeral process, he never returned any calls, and he used his secretary to mediate with us and the secretary was unable to process or sign anything. We had to go through a different Sate Farm office to get documents processed. He held on to a claim check and withheld information about it. I feel he has seriously disrespected my Mom, my brother, and the entire family that is still grieving. Also, I would rather give this agent a zero, but it wouldnt let me post it without at least one star. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. I am not against the State Farm company, but this agent is in the wrong career.
