5 /5 Walker J.D. (jwalker): My experience with all the staff is always good. Prompt, attentive and professional. You dont always have a choice of who you get but I must give kudos to Julissa. When most companies wouldnt cover me because I didnt have coverage when I came to them or wanted to charge me a high fee because hardships had cause me to lapse, Fred Loya gave me great auto insurance at a good price. Having had it for quite some time I was able to find a competitive rate and decided to change. Julissa treated me lust like I was a new customer. Coming or going, the service she provided was excellent. Thats the Marge of a good agency. I will consider Fred Loya for other types of insurance products. The future be ause of Julissa.

1 /5 Frank LPZ: Not good! We’ve been to this car insurance for 3 yrs now . No ticket no accident both me and my wife and our bill it went up for $38.00 . Instead of going down but no. So I called yesterday the lady saying it because of the inflation. I was like what the? And now I’m in the hunt for a car insurance.

1 /5 Tranesia Sanders: I went Thursday night to get full coverage on a vehicle I was going to finance. I decided not to go through with the purchase and cancelled the insurance Friday morning. I went and signed the paperwork Friday morning. The lady couldn’t tell me how much my refund would be. I paid over 200 dollars….I was told to call Monday. Called Monday still no info or help I called today and still no answers or information. Im calling back no answer. Im starting to feel like my money was taken from me for a service I’m not using. BAD BUSINESS and I will never use them again or refer them!!!!!!!! Im disputing the payment with my bank
