5 /5 frederick carney: Ive been a client of the Jones organization for over 15 years now and am a very satisfied customer. Obviously I can speak only about my own experience with Tony, but I have found time and again that he and all of the people in his operation have been routinely courteous and responsive to my needs. Ive seldom given out a 5-star grade, but the Jones group has earned one insofar as my household is concerned. Another important item that one might consider if you are not a current Jones client, is the promptness with which telephone calls to them are returned. I have yet to call them during normal business hours that a human did not answer the phone.

Its been a couple of years or so that I posted the above, and there is nothing that has fundamentally changed in the Jones operation, other than perhaps a new person now employed there. They are responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable about the products they recommend and the companies providing those products. One might infer that Im still a Jones client and one would be entirely correct in that assumption.

Here it is a year later, and Tony and his troops absolutely refuse to change their procedures, i.e., being prompt, courteous, friendly, and generally helpful to their customer base. What a cross to bear!! Too bad more businesses dont behave in an identical manner. Im still a client, and happy to be so.......
