Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.

Roberta Cortez When i started with this company years ago I had an awful experience that was unimaginable. I could not get a hold of corporate or anyone in upper management to respond. I called in and Loren Lopez assisted me and was so very pleasant and explained everything to MY understanding. I stayed with the company because of Loren. Today another young lady assisted me and was not good, but scooted over to Loren she took control explained with total patience. If you need help and want a pleasant experience ask for Loren Lopez.
