5 /5 Vicki Robles: I’ve been with amax for a little good while. Out of no where my policy gets canceled with no notice ,email ,nothing. I was having so much trouble with getting help at my own location in round rock didn’t do no justice for me. Until Timberlin from a different amax location was I mean the BEST! She took care of me and helped me get my insurance again with no issues. I really appreciate her so much!

5 /5 Shelly Sanchez: So a little over 3 weeks ago I did not know what I was going to do about getting insurance so I looked into A-Max Insurance which they were really nice all the people were really pleasant but for some reason the third party that they hook me up with insurance the name of the company but they canceled my insurance without letting me know and said somebody was on my insurance that rent which I did not put them on there which I had never heard of that person so I reached out to A-MAX through several representatives and kept getting the runaround until I think my lucky stars I met Julio he is off the charts with his customer service his respect his empathy he was not going to stop until he helped me with the situation and boy did he he didnt only help me but he got me a better policy and a cheaper rate he kept me informed inform me about a check that Im going to receive from the insurance company that dropped me and how he would have it delivered to his office so I can personally pick it up I cannot say enough about Julio and commend him for his best customer service Ive ever had in my life I will always appreciate what you did for my family A-MAX is a great company to have great rates it was this was not their fault it was a third party company that they use which they no longer use from my understanding

5 /5 Clara Stubblefield Paul: When I walked into the office,I was greeted & was asked to take a seat & someone will be with me shortly, So Ms. Bianca was my Representative & she was very sweet & took care of my Husband Insurance that was quoted online,and was able to get me a better rate. 5 /5 Ryan Charstina: I got great 6 month policy through them with way more coverage than my current company. The ladies made it to easy. I currently have throat cancer and lost my ability to talk. She was very patient and customer service was 100%. Literally saved just under $300 for my 6 month premium through and good company also. Round Rock location ladies are very nice and easy to deal with. Will definitely continue my business with them for sure

5 /5 Evelyn Lopez: Right from when I entered both ladies were quickly to greet me I was having problems looking for a cheaper rate for my insurance but Andrea took her time and when we were just about to give up she was able to come through with the perfect rate for me. I will highly be recommending this office to all my friends and coworkers. Her customer service skills were beyond amazing compared to others I had previously visited. Thank you Amax!
