2 /5 Carson Williams: Requested to cancel my Homeowners policy ONLY. They went out of their way to inform progressive I wanted my auto policy cancelled as well, even though the docusign I processed on my end was ONLY to cancel homeowners. Clearly retaliatory and shady business dealings take place here.

1 /5 Steven Parsons: When buying my first home I cannot express how bad working with Sarah Muniz was. Not only were we miss quoted, they required we sign a declaration that we made a home insurance claim in the past 5 years for the previous owners claim. This fell under a section stating “have you or anyone in your household made a claim in the last 5 years?” As first time buyers there’s no way this could have been us. The forms they provided us also had multiple errors and had to be corrected multiple times. After declining all signatures on documents and telling them we would be using another agency, they submit our application unsigned and enrolled us without permission with an insurer resulting in a $5000 bill. This agency is maybe the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced and I urge everyone to avoid them at all costs.
