Joshua Fuentes I had a huge problem with my account this week (like a -1000.00 problem). I was freaking out like never before so went in to see about fixing this. I dont know if you could see it in my face that I was stressed out about this or what but Beatrice Posadas jumped in head first and got my account back where it was supposed to be by the end of the day. She went above and beyond by calling me through out the day with updates until this was resolved. She definitely needs a raise for her outstanding dedication to prosperity customers.

Oralia Acosta I called today to make an update and the woman that responded was going to send me to another department which was not the correct one. I told her that I did not call CPS and she got an attitude and told me not to get rude w/her as I attempted to explain things. Then, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back several times to speak to the right department and she never answered the phone. And to think that our tax dollars are going to this agency so that we can be abused in this manner! This is highly unprofessional!
