Prosperity Bank - Levelland (TX)

1 /5 Jane Rautbort: This bank is not good for small businesses. They have charged me overdrafts fee multiple times when there is money in the accounts. Unbelievable how many excuses they have to try and steal money from you. I will be changing banks soon.

5 /5 Joshua Fuentes: I had a huge problem with my account this week (like a -1000.00 problem). I was freaking out like never before so went in to see about fixing this. I dont know if you could see it in my face that I was stressed out about this or what but Beatrice Posadas jumped in head first and got my account back where it was supposed to be by the end of the day. She went above and beyond by calling me through out the day with updates until this was resolved. She definitely needs a raise for her outstanding dedication to prosperity customers.

1 /5 OLozano Lozano: Called the bank to inform them I was leaving town to approve any transactions coming from my location, the rep said my account was noted. Once I started shopping EVERY transaction was blocked, I had to call each time and get the transaction approved. I will be removing my account from this bank, do NOT recommend.

5 /5 Craig Barker: Ive had great experiences there. Marc and his group worked with me for months on a large SBA project and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this branch and all of Prosperity Bank.

1 /5 Elizabeth Benevides: DONT EVER USE THIS BANK IF YOU PLAN ON STILL HAVING MONEY FOR FOOD AND A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD!!!! this idiotic bank has screwed with my boyfriends bank account constantly!!!! They have deactivated his card multiple times in the past few months, and they have frozen his account multiple times because we went GROCERY SHOPPING!!!!! Because, SOME HOW, GOING SHOPPING FOR FOOD IS A "FRADULENT CHARGE"!!!! only go to this bank if you are purposefully wanting to loose your livelihood, or have just given up on life.
