1 /5 Cristy Fritz: They can’t be trusted to protect your interests. Missed filing a protest on all our parcels, didn’t put any effort into the protest. Failed to file appeal or provide us a copy of our determination letter. Numerous correspondence ignored and no responsibility or accountability to us for their failure. We were told a refund was forthcoming. A refund is little help when faced with a year of compromised property tax obligations. I would not advise using them.
