Daisy Rubio Don’t know were to even start, I will start by saying their hospitality is one of the rare I have seen in a long time. Yesenia and Monique are very lovely young ladies, their way of going out of their way to help someone is very good! They need more people like them. I enjoyed myself while waiting to get insurance through the company. I highly recommend if anyone is trying to get insurance try them out won’t regret it. I know I don’t I’m actually happy to start with them good rates, and good offers. Don’t look too hard to get insurance with a good company and pay more than what it should be. Charles Wade Lisa takes care of us at Farmers Thomas Scott Agency. Shes very knowledgeable and helps break down your policy so you understand the coverages you have. We needed a tow and Farmers reimbursed us up to $75. I took my receipt to Lisa and she submitted to Farmers and I had a refund in my bank in less than 30mins. Excellent customer service at Thomas Scott Agency.
