Everyone (special shout outs to Maritza and Pamela) has always been friendly and willing to help me with all of my questions and concerns. As someone who does not understand the insurance realm very well, it’s comforting to talk and work with trustworthy people about these matters.

Lin Woodson When my homeowners insurance premiums shot up this year, I started shopping around. I saw Johnathon / Texas Family Insurance recommended in a local Facebook group and gave him a call (while also getting quotes from 3 others). Long story short, he absolutely earned my business - not just on rates, but on honesty, professionalism, service, expertise, candor. He is exceptionally responsive and has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the process of switching insurers. I cant say enough about the value of a real live local agent, but in particular the value of our neighbor, Johnathon, looking out for us.

Victoria Perez Did a walk in today for an insurance quote and Rosa was super helpful explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Rosa took her time with explaining the process of everything how insurance works, her customer service was awesome and made us feel comfortable and was super helpful and nice . Rosa seems to be very knowledgeable and I will definitely be sending people her way that needs insurance.

Seth Elsenbrook tried to use a broker to get commercial insurance. process was slow and painstaking (multiple follow ups / no activity): he eventually routed me to a different branch of state farm that was unresponsive. i called Kyle Angelle branch got connected to Carlee. She took my call right before 5pm, got me a quote and finalized everything by 10am the next day. Incredible customer service with both speed / efficiency. Huge relief, and this was solely because Carlee drove the process. fyi also use for personal insurance needs and have no issues, all around a great team
