3 /5 David Brown: I have been with gans and Smith so long I cant remember how other agents treat you. The agent I had for the longest time made an effort to shop around to find me the best prices. That agent retired. I filed a water damage claim last year and did a good bit of the legwork myself. I was told it wouldnt do any good to shop around this year because of the claim I filed last year.

1 /5 Joshua Thompson: They are quick to pull a policy when they feel the property is a liability due to age. Then make multiple excuses for why they are doing so. I dont recommend wasting your money.
