I was scared to call any insurance over the phone but when I called here they transferred me over to Araceli , she immediately got all my information and started giving me all the information in a fast professional way, I felt so relieved! I asked to many questions but she answered EVERY SINGLE one of them! Other agents would get mad for all the questions I would ask but Araceli was always so helpful I could hear her smiling through the phone! I saw a review of how “she” was busy, but to be honest they are really fast paced and very professional …maybe come in when you are not in a hurry !!because they are fast as in the FREEWAY!
