5 /5 Mariela Rodriguez: LOVE this agent and all of her staff!! But before I go into detail I would like to make one thing clear. Patti De La Concha is NO LONGER with Farmers Insurance. She is now a Progressive agent, so hopefully this will be updated soon to prevent any confusion. I am tremendously happy to know that she is no longer a Farmers agent! Do not get me wrong, I have been with Farmers for YEARS and loved them! But I am just not sure on what is going on with them anymore. Their rates have gone up so much it is ridiculous! Patti and her staff are lovely, amazing, wonderful, caring, respectful, and most importantly professional people that are always there to help. No matter what time or day it is, they will always be there for you. They will always go above and beyond to make sure your needs get taken care of. I recommend this agency to everyone, you will NOT regret it. I have read some previous reviews of unsatisfied customers and its unfortunate that your experience was not what you expected. However, that does not mean that the agency and its staff are the problem. Everyone one has a different idea of how their needs need to be addressed, and not getting it your way and getting upset about it does not mean that they are not doing their job correctly. Again, with my personal experience with this agency all I can say is that Patti De La Concha and her staff are the BEST. You will not regret having her as your agent. She will not let you down!
