William Alequin Ive been with Farmers Insurance for a year now, I havent really used their services since, thank GOD, nothing bad has happened to my house. But one thing is for sure, they dont forget about you, they always make sure you understand that they are there to help, and so far they have answered all of my question. They dont spam you and bother you, which is really refreshing. That is why I renew with Farmers Insurance again. Thanks Scott, youve being amazing.

Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.
