Fred Loya Insurance - Big Spring (TX)

1 /5 S Mig: I went to this office the other day for a qoute for a new vehicle and it took a while for them to notice anything. For the most part they were on their phones oblivious to their surroundings. I felt rather ignored. Ive never had this sort of issue with any other Fred Loya office before. They acted rather annoyed i was asking questions while the others again were on their phones while other customers came and sat. Not going to this one again! Very unprofessional atmosphere!

1 /5 Mary Jane Rodriguez: Ive had Fred Loya for over 5 years. Ive made my payment on time every month. During those 5 years Ive never had to file a claim. I have full coverage. The one time I file a claim they denied it. This company is a huge joke. After this weekend I am definitely changing insurance companies. I would highly advise people to not insured your vehicle here.

1 /5 Marcelino Chavez: This so called insurance company is the most crooked insurance company in Texas. I will the calling the Texas Insurance Commission on their practices. I just got screwed and I knew this company was crooked but because of my nice wife I went with them. So here Im stuck with a 3k bill, brand new vehicle needs to be fully insured, not a loya
