2 /5 Bobby Knape: Very hard to actually get in contact with the claim adjuster. Not an easy process at all to get my repair estimate so i can get my truck repaired. My adjuster G. Serving dont return calls, get sent to voicemail for L. Garcia that is full and not accepting any more messages and you get disconnected. I have called several times and got same response. I called back original number and spoke with person that sent adjuster message last week and still has not called me back. Definitely not a good impression on who I would enjoy doing business with if I was looking for new insurance company. I will say, the folks that I have spoken to have tried to be helpful, but they can only do so much.
