1 /5 Sylvia Trigo: This is the WORST place to get insurance all they do is lie about pricing , the 2 girls in the office are disrespectful !!! This page is going to be flooded with negative reviews !!! & If a GENERAL MANAGER sees that I HOPE YOU get in contact me ! I also made a report to the home office . Glad yal have cameras they gone see yal lie , laugh & are disrespectful all at once . After my policy is up Ill never go back !

5 /5 Elexis Benitez: Marissa was excellent. She tried her best to get me a quote at my budget, unfortunately I didn’t get insured with them but I will definitely be coming back later on. I highly recommended her costumer service!

2 /5 Bobby Knape: Very hard to actually get in contact with the claim adjuster. Not an easy process at all to get my repair estimate so i can get my truck repaired. My adjuster G. Serving dont return calls, get sent to voicemail for L. Garcia that is full and not accepting any more messages and you get disconnected. I have called several times and got same response. I called back original number and spoke with person that sent adjuster message last week and still has not called me back. Definitely not a good impression on who I would enjoy doing business with if I was looking for new insurance company. I will say, the folks that I have spoken to have tried to be helpful, but they can only do so much.
