Daniel Hughes I dont remember when I started with BDI, but I was in a bind and needed auto ins. QUICK LIKE!! A friend had talked about how he had an ins broker so I googled it. BDI came up. I spoke with Barbara and she has consistently gotten us the best coverage (and best price) for our cars and home. The last two times when Auto Ins is renewing she has reached out to me to tell me other companies to go with. This kind of attention to detail, researching and overall great customer service is they have been doing business for over 100 years.

Tamara Autenreith-D. This company deserves a zero rating , rude and doesnt answer there calls or messages . Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now Im reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesnt want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldnt help me ( its been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.
Dung Nguyen I’m very satisfied with this company. They always are always super helpful and quick to respond. They’re friendly yet professional and explain everything clearly to help me find the best insurance. Ly usually helps me but everyone here is great as well. Highly recommend their services.
