Our agent is Jacky Maldonado and she is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. In fact, Jacky gave us some quotes a week ago, we shopped around and specifically went back to do business with Jacky. If you have insurance needs, Im recommending this office. And ask for Jacky...shes outstanding! Oh...and you definitely need to meet Betty!

Ben Matteson Excellent. Superior customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Justin. My wife wanted me to do some comparison shopping because our home insurance renewal premium had gone up significantly. First try, reached Justin. Went over the details with him and he told us to keep our existing policy and why. And because of the way our existing insurer handled independent agents, he couldnt be our agent for this policy. So, giving us the right answer cost him money. And hed probably say that was no big thing, but in so many areas of our lives, our business relationships are plagued with a lack of trustworthiness. So I now find myself genuinely disappointed that he cant be our agent. And I cant believe I wasted this much time not working with an independent insurance agent. I will call them again next year to review things and see if theres a better deal.

Adhikari Bhabishya Terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. I was rear-ended by their insured, and the claim process was slow and frustrating. I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.
