I had a great credit and work history , so they helped me through all the tons of paper work ...gave me a great rate ... I love this bank ..., their app. Is easy . They are eager to help you when you go into that lobby ...always kind and respectful ! ❤️

1 /5 Sam Pugh: This is possibly one of the most complicated banking facilities. They lock their ATM during business hours so you can’t make quick withdraws. There is always a huge line waiting to speak to a teller. Seems very inconvenient, you would think they would want to make it as easy as possible for their clientele to get to their cash.

5 /5 Brock Goodrich: I read previous Google reviews to get prepared for what to expect. The reviews with one star, dane I do not know what kind of service you received, I loved the customer service 360 all the around. I walked in the side door and regardless, a kind lady led me to where I could fill in my cash deposit checks. The tellers were good at their job carrying about it in a business and formal manner. An employee appointed to help people with debit card was helpful and made the set up effortless.

1 /5 Adam Cash: Incompetence and mishandling of money throughout the entire branch. Customer service is absolutely absent and no one seems to know anything other than sending you to the next associate. It’s a vicious circle. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
