1 /5 David Delgado: Probably one of the worst experiences, my wife was bamboozled with his slick promises. Almost 7 months to close and still are not finished. I would be careful to go with him or his company. We even had to get a cleaner involved in the problems still existed in the closing process. Not transparent and not accessible. Putting in a report into the better business bureau as a complaint. The overall experience was like going to a dentist that was unprepared and not truthful and had you go through procedures over and over. Be forewarned.

We had zero delays in our closing on their part. The only delays that we experienced were from our builder. I highly recommend Gold Financial Services!

Closing took 3 extra weeks, and they wanted more time! Kenneth needs to put his customers before his ego, it’s peoples time and money you’re messing with sir. “25 years of experience” mean nothing when you don’t care for your clients.
