The Real Young Mensah Literally this people came took my car and never sent me a letter. I emailed to get my bank account changed on the account they never updated and had the wrong address as well. I’ve been emailing no response and when i call I’m put on hold to be transferred and get hung up on! This is literally ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would the experience has been terrible you have to jump through hoops even if you are going through a rough patch and they seem to not be knowledgeable on help if they aren’t in that specific department it’s baffling and disappointing.
