1 /5 Jennifer Case-Allen: Worse place ive been to so un organized. Was sent over for a loan the rep told the man to send me over yet never gave him the time it closed knowing i was only 5 mins from thr lobby. Arrived was told closed to come back so came back at another time was never informed of what all was needed to open acct knowing most people dont carry their ss cards. So yet have to waste another trip since there is no communication with potential customers.
