Phoenix Dust I put in an application for debt consolidation cause I barely started a job and everything due at once. My husband told me to try them cause they seem legitimate and trustworthy. Not in the least after giving me hope and able to breathe after going into their office to close the deal and I sign the documents and get the checks in my hand. 20 mins it took after leaving their office for them to rip my only hope I had away cause they needed proof of child support after days of calling and then going in their office not once saying they needed that proof. I won’t be recommending any one to them and every i told saying that was a miracle i will be taking those words back. This place deserves 0 stars.

Crystal Bonner There arent enough words to describe how wonderful working with Castleberry has been! Their team is small but mighty. Our foundation was poured in November, framing was done by January and our home was finished by July. Working with them felt like working with close friends. They were always available to answer questions and they always kept us in the loop throughout the entire building process. The finished product turned out better than we could have ever imagined. I would recommend Castleberry to anyone who wants to build a beautiful home with a fantastic team!! Home building can be stressful, but not with these guys!! Dana Gonzalez I have had an absolute horrible experience with Transamerica after the passing of my mom. My other siblings got their check but I did not so I contacted them. At that time I was told that all of my paperwork was in good order and I would receive a check in 5-7 days. It’s been a month and nothing. I have called numerous times and get a song and dance. Customer service really cannot tell you anything except what’s in their computer. They told me a processing team was reviewing my case and that someone would call me in two days. No one called then I called again. I was told someone would call me in two hours no one called I’ve held for supervisors. They never get on the phone. I’ve been told supervisors will call me. No one ever calls me. I just get a run around all the time and all of us has beneficiaries. Get the same thing with 10% tax worth health yet it’s one lie after another and still no check and no one will call me to tell me what’s happening today they said that the taxes were being calculated which is not true. We all get the same thing and they’ve already gotten their check. It’s a horrible experience after the passing of my mom. The customer service is absolutely horrible and I would never recommend Transamerica to anyone. My dad would be so upset if you were alive today don’t buy anything from them. Your descendants will not be treated kindly.
