1 /5 Jeremy Waverley: Absolutely horrible for cancelling appointments Ive tried the online scheduler and it threw an error and instantly logged me out without actually cancelling the appointment, I proceeded to do this 4 times, before calling the automated call center and it didnt have an option for canceling current appointments, just scheduling new ones, and whenever I say "Human" or "Customer service" it hangs up on me, very rude and actually made it worse. Ive tried numerous phone numbers all rerouted to Sherry the AI, which doesnt cancel appointments. Im beyond frustrated with AI call centers and the DMVs the uses them!
