Jennifer Ost We have had our small business at this location for a couple years and they are just the kindest, most helpful people! I do drive thru deposit most every Tues and they are always fast, friendly and give my puppy a treat! Yesterday I was having problems with their online banking and the nicest girl helped me and kept calling me back to let me know how much longer it might be till it was up and running. She was the best. I cant say enough about this small town bank location! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service and humanity!

Eddie Hinojosa Ruby Jimenez from Citizens National Bank Giddings helped me out a lot by setting up my bank account and any other small issues that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend having her help you with your needs. She got my business credit card set up, set up my online portal with my app on my phone that I had no idea was available.

Rochelle Taylor Tom Chaney has been my mother’s financial planner for decades. He has always treated her like family and has assisted her as if he were watching over his own mother. It was at his recommendation years ago that she purchase a long term care policy. Fortunately she trusted all of the financial advice he gave her to include investing for retirement. Due to health concerns, it became necessary for my mom to reside in Assisted Living. As a result of the special care Mr. Chaney took in overseeing my mother’s financial planning, she is 81 years of age and is still able to provide for all her own needs with zero financial burden. Although my mother relocated to the east coast years ago, Mr. Chaney continues to check in on her and is very responsive when we need assistance with any her policies/accounts.
