Carmela Williams What amazing service from an excellent staff! The staff always makes us feel like family. The tellers make all my transactions quick and the customer service representative Trinity is very knowledgeable about my banking needs. Branch Manager Irene was very helpful and instrumental in handling important banking transactions. Thank you to the staff for excellent and friendly service!

Cristy Lopez POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Our POST MASTER SARAH EKEREN is by far one of the rudest people that I have dealt with!! I called to inform her that my parents are Grandfathered in and that they do not have to place a mailbox on the side of the street. (I have spoken to the mail carrier in the red jeep and he also confirmed that my parents do NOT HAVE TO MAKE THIS CHANGE they are grandfathered in) If you have been at a resident for over 10yrs you are grandfathered in. She stated she had already talked to someone regarding this issue. Then I informed her ,he didn’t know we are grandfathered in. Then she was asking if I had legal paperwork stating if I had power of attorney over my parents to be able to make this mailbox decision on their behalf. She then hangs up on me as I was speaking!!!
