5 /5 Justin Neeley: We had to file a claim at the worst possible time, right before an anticipated vacation. I was lost, as this was my first ever claim, but the whole staff in that office helped me with all of my thousands of questions. Didn’t matter what time of day it was they got back to me fast and made sure I understood the whole process. I can only imagine what a nightmare that claim could’ve been if it wasn’t for Mallori, Spencer, and the whole team! I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Frank Frasula: Mallori and her team are the awesome! We have our cars with Farmers and we have our travel trailer with Foremost all through the same company. We had a hail damage claim and a fire claim and these are the only claims I’ve ever had in my life, but they handled them Awesome! I tell everyone to use farmers insurance! Farmers! Period!

1 /5 Helen Kendall: I had a completely terrible experience with Farmers and Mallori. We were in the middle of buying our house with another agent who was recommended to us, but left. The quote was then taken over by this team. Everything was late getting to our mortgage company and we had to follow up multiple times. We had the policy for LESS THAN A YEAR when we receive a notice that our policy would not be renewed because of over grown and dead trees. Turns out $8k later in tree removal and trimming our policy was still canceled because basically we didnt remove ALL of our trees. We removed 4 and trimmed 10 based on their no renewal letter. I tried to get Mallori on the phone before the policy ended and she never returned my calls. The trees could not have grown enough in a year to be a new problem that they werent aware of from when they approved the policy. If we knew before we bought the house we would have negotiated the tree removal/trimming into the deal. I feel like this was just a scam to get rid of us as customers. We are out $8k, had to find new insurance company with double the rate, and we lost a 100 year old tree. Terrible experience all the way around.
