1 /5 Aaron Thomas: I tried renewing my policy and they were completely unwilling to even take my payment… Lauren was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to in a business profession. It literally surprised me! I asked her why they didn’t care to answer the phone and she hung up on me and I tried calling back many times to still re-instate my policy and apparently that made her so mad that she wouldn’t take my phone call. Even the other locations in the area said that was “appalling” and that they anticipated my location was going out of business because of their terrible customer service issues and lack of professional employees…. SKIP doing business with this location and go ANYWHERE else!!! I got insurance from State Farm within 5 minutes and Lauren took 4 days and was rude with every interaction. They should be out of business.

She was courteous about my wanting to meet in person and about the time it took me to make the decisions. I have so much respect for someone that will meet with me more than once, in person, and never once pressured me. I highly recommend Lauren at Farmers. She knows her stuff and she’s kind, helpful, and not pushy.
