5 /5 Kerr Lindsey: Anytime I need information or to make changes to my policy, Jamie is on it right away. I was rear ended in my brand new truck and she was a blessing to have on my side. Even though the wreck wasnt my fault, she made sure I got a rental and scheduled all the repairs on my truck. Farmers handled the entire claim with the other insurance company.

5 /5 Fortunata Winery: I just had a tragic accident at one of my commercial buildings that Jamie Wilson with Farmers Insurance had worked with me on my building and liability insurance coverage. When the accident happened, she was called, apparently she immediately got on the phone with her corporate office, she was at the site within 20 minutes, her regional adjuster was there within 45 minutes and they sent an electrical engineer to the site within 1 hour of the accident. Insurance is required and necessary but until this incident I never realized how if you have a great insurance person and a great company to back them how very important it is. I certainly hope no one has to go through the experience that day. BUT accidents do happen. Make sure you have an insurance person who takes your insurance personally like Jamie Wilson does ours.
