1 /5 Reviews: I’ve worked with this agent more than once, hoping for a better experience the second time around. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again due to a lack of communication and follow-up. It seems that unless your policy is very straightforward, you may not be a priority. If you’re looking for timely service or need a policy quickly, you may want to consider other options. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.
