1 /5 Richard Rogers: I have a real problem with their customer service. Leanne is nice but I have to absolutely hound her to even get a call returned. In my most recent experience I wanted to make a change to a policy before the next premium was due. I allowed plenty of time for it. I had to call two days in a row to get her on the phone. She promised to call the following day with the needed information. That didn’t happen. I had to pay the premium without the changes I wanted in order to avoid cancellation. That has happened twice now. I’m currently looking for a new agent.
