Messie Mehari I built a house with D.R. Horton and love it. I have their insurance which I felt was fair. However, Im currently having an emergency roofing issue, and Ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days. Ive made multiple calls, but so far, there has been no answer. I am hoping to receive a call today to resolve the issue, and I will update my review accordingly. Its essential to communicate clearly in situations like this, I hope that youre able to reach soon to assistance me before my house floods from rain. I got a call back but my roof I ended up paying for it to fix!

Daniel Hughes I dont remember when I started with BDI, but I was in a bind and needed auto ins. QUICK LIKE!! A friend had talked about how he had an ins broker so I googled it. BDI came up. I spoke with Barbara and she has consistently gotten us the best coverage (and best price) for our cars and home. The last two times when Auto Ins is renewing she has reached out to me to tell me other companies to go with. This kind of attention to detail, researching and overall great customer service is they have been doing business for over 100 years.
