5 /5 Lynda Rieger: Just want to let Laurie and Mari how much we appreciate them. We were almost scammed out of $40,000 but they helped stop what would have been a terrible disaster for us. If you get a phone call from someone that says they are investigating someone trying to take your money out of your account and you need to withdraw it out in cash so they couldn’t get to it. Then they wanted us to bring them the cash so the FBI can mark it as evidence. They were very convincing but thankfully Laurie got on the phone with them and stopped it. Thank you so much to both of you!! Be careful out there.

1 /5 Jerl Pippins: Customer service is the worst! My wife was at HEB and they flagged my card for a fraud alert and I didnt get the message until later. Then I tried calling to ask why they flagged my card(she was at HEB we always go to 3min from my house) but they gave me the runaround, Im closing my account and going to a better bank after using this sorry bank for at least 10 years.
