Red Headed Reviewer We are visiting elderly grandparents here. They took us to meet their financial advisor at Valley Financial in the event that something should happen to them. What could have been an uncomfortable conversation, instead the meeting was very helpful and informative for all involved.

Monique C Enih I’ve had a very long stay at The Marriott due to repairs that needed to be made on my home after unexpected water damage occurred and everyone here at the hotel has been so friendly and hospitable. With the few accommodations that I needed, everyone at the front desk was happy to jump to their feet and help me within minutes. Breakfast and the servers have also been phenomenal. My home repairs are almost complete so I’ll be going home soon, but I really appreciate the stay and atmosphere here at The Houston Marriott Sugar Land.

Diesel Mac I cant say enough about how much I love this bank. I used to bank with "Major Chain" bank and felt like just a number. This bank has a personal touch and is very accessible. It reminds me of the service we used to get "back in the day". I just completed a mortgage with Yolanda and it was the best process Ive ever dealt with in the home finance industry. This place is a bank you can call home. That really says it all, First Financial is the bank you can call home and be treated like family. Edit: 4/4/24 I came back to post a review and realized that Ive already sang these peoples praises on a previous review. But here I am again, after several years of doing business with them, wanting to make another review of how great theyve been to work with. Ive bought a house, multiple cars both business and personal, and they continue to be the most accessible and easiest bank Ive ever seen. Great leadership at this bank, Russell is the absolute best!!

Lyndsey Hudson I went to cash the same check ive been cashing there for a year now and without even informing me the lady cashed my check and charged me $15.00!!!! The same check that used to cost maybe $3.00!!!!!!! I will not go back.
