1 /5 sydni ingram: Very unprofessional people. I made an appointment for my passport and the passport agent left for lunch 20 minutes before my appointment . Her excuse was “I haven’t eaten” I let them know I drove an hour to get here and I set my appointment days before. They ought to ashamed of themselves. I feel disrespected as a customer and they do not deserve jobs at government location. The 2 star rating on this place is more than what they deserve. I will be seeking higher management to express this misconduct to.

1 /5 Dwight Jones: Impossible to contact this Post Office. You actually have to drive to the Post Office to speak to someone. Informed Delivery says mail is expected but doesnt show up until days later or often never. What can you expect when the Postmaster General wants to do away with the Post Offfice and privatize it.

She was personable and truly a pleasure to work with! We had 0 hiccups throughout the process. She had us in and out of there in no time! Thanks again, Colleen!!

5 /5 Storm Jett (Stormy Studios): My experience at the United States post office in Bonham, Texas was fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Odessa. She was incredibly kind, positive, and thorough throughout our visit. Not only did she answer all of our questions with great attention to detail, but she also made the experience enjoyable by being personable and funny. The store was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The entire staff seemed to be working together seamlessly to provide a great experience for their customers. We visited to get my passport, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I would highly recommend this post office, and particularly Odessa, to anyone who needs their services.
