Gary Golden I was referred to Nick after searching for months to find someone to make a custom bezel for my coin. The process was very simple. I came in with my own idea on how I wanted the final product to look. So after talking to Nick he asked that I send him the photos. After it was finished it looked exactly like I was hoping for. Their pricing is the best in town. The timeline I was told would be 4-5 weeks from start to finish and to my surprise it was exactly he had it finished in exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism as well as their customer serviceand will be continuing my business with them moving forward. Everyone is full of smiles and not a single person made me feel forced into. It was definitely a no pressure sell environment which in my option is hard to find these days. Thank you guys.

What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. Diane Shepherd Max fixed my wedding ring after it got ripped off my finger. Not only was the band broken, but the setting was a mess from a previous repair that wasn’t done well. He put so much care into it, making 32 different welds to get it back to looking brand new and making sure it was strong again. When I got it back, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! So shiny, like the day I first got it. I had forgotten how shinny and beautiful it used to be. Max does amazing work and truly takes pride in what he does.
