From the moment I was picking up my special order and dropping off jewelry , she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, almost like I was catching up with a best friend! She was not only kind and patient, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable, and I never once felt like “just another customer.” You can tell she truly cares about people, and it absolutely shows in the way she interacts. She provides the kind of service that makes a lasting impression!! Thank you again Abbi!

Jesse Del Villar I’ve used Rendon twice now and it’s been nothing short of Amazing to work with them. In the first occasion they flawlessly repaired my wife’s engagement ring after it had been run over. Couldn’t even tell something had happened there. Second occasion they fixed my gold cuban link necklace. Once again fantastic workmanship. In both instances the pricing was very affordable (necklace repair $20 (don’t recall the ring cost)) and insanely fast. They had my wife’s ring done before our wedding which was only a couple days after it had been damaged, and they had my necklace ready in just a day! I will always return here, friendly folks, affordable and fast!

Ashley Atchison Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!! She was incredibly kind and honestly educated me quite a bit! I told her I was new to the area and was excited to have found my new jewelry spot/ jewelry lady!! I cant wait to go back in and see her!
