Thor Thornhill Jason Hurta handles all Retirement funds and investing for our 30+ employees at my Engineering firm. My staff comments often about how hands-on he is, how knowledgeable, and most importantly that they can tell he really cares about their future. Id highly recommend Jason to any company I know and do often. Im also aware that he is a Deacon in his church and is well know for having impeccable moral character, which is extremely important for someone handling your money.

personal business I give this location a 5 because 1 apple doesnt spoil a tree. Yes I can agree that it isnt perfect but I was very impressed with Lucia ,Christian,Alexandria and a couple others. These three Representatives of the branch go above and beyond. They all have taught me something new about the app, banking, credit card, even multi ways to activate a card. I was most appreciative when Alexandria made it easy for me to accomplish multiple transactions even tho I didnt complete a step prior to arrival, the same with Christian creating a safe space to ask questions with no judgement for my loved ones opening accounts and Lucia going the extra step to make sure the ATM is working, even while in the rain .. I cant say mistakes cant happen and other folks experience arent accurate, what I will say is what I have experience is if I bring something to their attention and its legally allowed(because of course they dont own the bank they just work there as physical beings trying to assist account holders) they always go above and beyond to effectively provide positive results. Lucia does an excellent job as a Manager for a financial facility and treats people with care and respect. I appreciate her work ethic. Definitely are the reason I havent quit this banking system and even told others to join.

Sydney Wood We are so glad we made the decision to switch over to Texas Legacy Insurance. Paxton Willingham is awesome and listened to what we needed. He ended up saving us quite a bit of money and said he will continue to keep an eye on the rates available, so we wont miss out on more savings!

They made my life much easier by Ms. Alondria helping me with much needed car insurance. The other company I was with did not offer the quality customer service I received at Star of Texas Waco.

Kylie Gallemore I have been meaning to leave a review for MONTHS now because I absolutely have to recognize the exceptional level of service they provided on my last visit. I went in for an oil change and also had a lot of probably dumb questions about Texas inspections since I was still pretty new to the state. They were super patient with me and took care of the inspection and oil change, where they found some issues that required somewhat specialty parts to fix. They called all over to find the parts, stayed well past closing while I waited for a ride, then picked me up the next day when they got the part in and got me all fixed up. Their patience and professionalism was so appreciated, and they have a great veterans discount!
