Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Lewisville (TX)

5 /5 personal business: I give this location a 5 because 1 apple doesnt spoil a tree. Yes I can agree that it isnt perfect but I was very impressed with Lucia ,Christian,Alexandria and a couple others. These three Representatives of the branch go above and beyond. They all have taught me something new about the app, banking, credit card, even multi ways to activate a card. I was most appreciative when Alexandria made it easy for me to accomplish multiple transactions even tho I didnt complete a step prior to arrival, the same with Christian creating a safe space to ask questions with no judgement for my loved ones opening accounts and Lucia going the extra step to make sure the ATM is working, even while in the rain .. I cant say mistakes cant happen and other folks experience arent accurate, what I will say is what I have experience is if I bring something to their attention and its legally allowed(because of course they dont own the bank they just work there as physical beings trying to assist account holders) they always go above and beyond to effectively provide positive results. Lucia does an excellent job as a Manager for a financial facility and treats people with care and respect. I appreciate her work ethic. Definitely are the reason I havent quit this banking system and even told others to join.

1 /5 Dhara Patel: Waited 15 minutes in “business client” line to make a deposit to find out upon asking someone that there is just one line. While I was waiting no employee bothered to ask why I am waiting there or to tell me that the line does not exist. They were busy but does not mean you cannot quickly guide a customer in the right direction.

1 /5 Sophie Nah: As soon as my turn from the long long waiting line que, the young man asked me to stick my ATM card to the device. While I was preoccupied with the debit card/machine, he finished counting my cash deposit, but the total was $100 short. I suspect that the teller, young man with bright suit, took $100 bill from the deposit bundle. I wasnt 100% sure at the bank site because, I thought maybe I left one $100 bill at home but later when I checked at home I didnt. I could asked the management to check the surveillance video but I decided not to go back and wait and deal with all the trouble. I am posting it instead just to prevent this kind of suspicious business conduct happens again in the future for other people. Please do NOT take your eyes off from your cash in front of the teller when deposit cash.

1 /5 Grady McNutt: Rude people. Went to deposit rent check. They would not take the bank check. 2nd time. Stated that the check was made out wrong. Tried to explain that this how the property manager said to file it out. Zero stars. No wonder that they have been investigated by the feds.

1 /5 Kiran Jaladi: I had an extremely frustrating experience at Bank of America Lewisville recently. I waited in line for more than 45 minutes for account-related services, only for the officer to finally show up and tell me they didn’t have access to handle my request. To make matters worse, I was told I needed to stand in an entirely different line to get my issue resolved. This level of inefficiency and lack of proper communication is unacceptable. A simple redirection earlier could have saved me so much time. Customers deserve better organization and service. Very disappointed with this experience.
