2 /5 Jana Halverson: As a seller and a REALTOR, I was very disappointed in their process and how they not only lacked in communication, they did not take responsibility for their own actions and instead attempted to make others look bad. They had no intention of closing the loan on time even though the buyer and seller paid extra to get the survey to them 2 weeks ahead of closing. Their process does not keep all parties in the loop either. We requested that they help cover the cost of the survey and they declined, informing the experienced agents how it works! Their closing team did an excellent job once it went to their department, but in all good conscious I could not recommend them to a buyer, especially when closing dates are not important to them! Its poor form to blame others for their own lack of professionalism. They must have forgotten that we all have an email trail......
