The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed in a manner that was not overwhelming to my senses. The manager, Laura, personally tended to my wife and I. She was friendly and answered any questions we had. I don’t usually frequent jewelry stores but would definitely recommend this one.

They took the time to ensure me it could be repaired beautifully! They walked me through every detail of the process and repairs! When I received my ring back it was more than I expected! Chris X MB&B was very honest and fair to me. While they could have charged for the appraisal of my fathers gem and rock collection, they recommended I not get it done given that the cost of the appraisal might outweigh the worth. I would work with them on my next project.

Re Re Always gets it done quick and clean, always open to clean and repair my stuff as well. 14 k 8 piece grill and a silver fang set and both were worth it ☺️. Still hasnt changed colors or tarnished at all
