I have found it hard to find someone in this industry who you feel you can trust and not be sold products you may or may not need, and I had total confidence that Kyle only had my interest in mind during our conversation. Jody Hamblet Ive been meaning to write this review for some time... I cannot say enough good things about this branch - I highly recommend b1 to anyone looking for a local "small town feel" bank. I opened my commercial account with them several years ago and have been SO pleased, we moved our personal accounts here as well. When you walk in or visit the drive through, they are very helpful and friendly; they recognize us and know us by name - so rare these days since at most banks, youre just a number. I wish I could give them more than five stars... truly a gem in the banking world!

Kristyn Underwood I have been a member here for years and had considered moving my account to another union that has more locations. Today I went with my son to a bigger Credit Union, he has an account there, it was big and very impersonal and hardly anyone at their many desks. We had to come here to my bank after (I had to make a deposit) and we talked to Juan about possible loan my son is looking in to. My son was in a hurry and didnt want to stop by my bank, I told him its a smaller space with more people and they are always attentive. Yall didnt disappoint, as soon as we walked in we were taken care of and Juan went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and checking in a couple times later in the day during the process. I have decided after this experience to keep my account here. My son is now considering getting one here because Juan told us my son doesnt have enough credit built yet but explained another path that leads to the goal, that R1 provides. He said they have a credit building program to save money and build credit, honestly it sounds good. Thank you for taking time to explain and help us understand our options Juan is 10/10 and r1 is small with less locations but definitely worth it

I gave her top marks because she was not only very professional, very knowledgeable and very nice, but went far and beyond bring so helpful. She guided me also how to obtained me the easiest way to get into my On line banking. Thanks again Ms. Taylor!!!

caden swain Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.
