1 /5 Alizardo Arriola: It is unfortunate that a customer is treated in that way today 12/20/24 I had a bad experience at this bank. I have had my account at this bank for several years and they have always given me good service, but today unfortunately I visited because I needed help with my mobile account. When I entered, there was no one receiving customers. I decided to sit down to wait for help but I saw that they were just walking from side to side. After 25 to 30 minutes of waiting, an employee approached me who said her name was Stefany because she did not even wear a badge to identify her. She had a terrible attitude, telling me that I had to report to the cashiers. But why make me wait so long if she saw me sitting there several times and did not inform me that I had to register, but she really spoke to me in an unprofessional manner if they are there to serve customers.
