1 /5 Taylor Hammon: I’ve banked with First Financial the last year and the last 2 months I’ve called to try to Refinance my car the Loan officer is always on lunch I’ve been told I’ll get a call back with 10 to 15 min and no one calls me. Last week I just did an online application they pulled my credit but I never got a call back to see if I was approved or not so I called today and the lady that is dealing with my loan isn’t answering go figure! I’m just going to close my account and take my business else where

I had both my Cars refinanced with them the process was very easy very professional. They follow up with me Personally always! Very Friendly Ladies I definitely recommend this location!

2 /5 Jenifer Flax: Was very upset with this location! I have been with First Financial Bank for 10 years. We recently were transferred south of Pecos, Tx. I drove 2 hours to take my super excited son to the bank to empty his piggy bank! When we arrived the teller told me they do not have a change machine and she was the only one there so she didn’t have time to count it manually. She then instructed us to take it to coinstar! Seriously broke my sons heart into a million pieces.

2 /5 Stephen Gwinner: My fiance has an account there. She went to replace a card, I felt they were snobby, kept looking at me like I was a deadbeat! I work very hard and make killer money! Ive had an account with chase for 17 years. Staff here seems stuck up, judgmental, and snotty. Thats my opinion. More the manager than the teller
