Was a little skeptical considering that we had to drive all the way for schertz to seguin and out credit wasnt so good but my wife spoke with Lucia and she was very understanding and most of all a caring human being she help every step of the way to get us what we needed for our family and we appreciate her care and concern . Deisko & Lanie duff Our vehicle was financed by GM Financial over 11 years ago. That vehicle was repossessed and resold. My paycheck was garnished for whatever reason they gave the courts. OK here it is 2025 and I receive another garnishment for that same vehicle!!! Im NOW in the process of contacting my attorney, for he will ask for the original loan documents. Hell also ask for the documents regarding the resale of the vehicle to determine if the first garnishment was necessary. I hope this helps someone else whose going through being double and triple charged for a vehicle through this company.
