Nicole Griffin I hired Linda to file my LLC, handle bookkeeping, and file my taxes for my new business. Since March 2024, Ive paid her over $780, including $500 to file my LLC. Despite repeated weekly assurances, and me having to initiate ALL communication, after nine weeks, I discovered from the state secretary that my LLC was never even filed. Part of that $500 was also for obtaining an EIN number. Despite multiple attempts on my part to follow up, she assured me she would provide it “the next day”, but she never did. I ended up filing it myself, which only took seconds. I cant imagine how long the process would take if I relied on her for tax purposes. Now, Im disputing the charges with my bank. This company is dishonest and unreliable. Linda lacks professionalism, effective communication, and she has demonstrated dishonest actions. DO NOT USE LS Financial services!!

Jonitha Powell I applied for the Harris County grant they asked me in total of 9 bank statements first I was asked for 3 I reached back out to the lending clerk and asked if there was anything else I needed she stated no she had everything the next day I received an email requesting 6 more statements I submitted 6 more of my business bank statements all for her to send me an automated message to email stating "elected recipients will receive a DocuSign award agreement via email with more details and instructions to accept the award" All applicants will be notified of their application result by January 31, 2022 I was hoping for some good news or and straight forward answer if my business were going to receive the grant or not so as an business Ill no what next steps to take to help my business receive financial help
