1 /5 Marcus Lea: Like many of the other reviewers, I too received terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Dont reward poor customer service with your patronage. If you do, they will never change. There are better, more customer-focused establishments in this area. I would recommend passing this one by.

1 /5 Rhonda Hatch: I will never do business with this location again. Purchased a ring and was told it was priced by diamonds and gold weight. Took it to get it appraised and they said THOSE DIAMONDS ARENT REAL. Called today and spoke to Sharon and man was this women ugly!! Down right horrible!! She finally agreed to refund me my money and when I sent my daughter to get the refund, Sharon (the manager) mocked me, was ugly about me and talked horribly about me too another worker. Usually that wouldnt bother me, but she did it in front of my daughter and granddaughter!!! It was so bad, my daughter, son in law and I are all filing complaints. Usually my son in law would get involved, but that was so uncalled for. Dont know why she is mad at me for selling fake stuff!!

3 /5 Miguel Garcia: Amazing gun store lots of options the ladies there at the store are professional and sweet but..... check your weapons before buying it i bought a shotgun cleared the chamber the 1st time nothing but there was a round in the magazine and I pumped having confidence it was clear pulled the trigger and bam a hole in my floor nothing damaged seriously like pipes or electricity but if your checking the guns in the store please do multiple checks dont have confidence like I did that its gonna be empty I also had to report to police so my neighbors dont think I hurt somebody the only thing hurt was my floor
